Efficient Arbitration

Arbitration is a private, efficient, and cost-effective proceeding where Judge Gordon, as the arbitrator, renders a decision at the end of a hearing. Judge Gordon’s expertise in case management and availability ensures a smooth arbitration process.

Since the proceeding begins with an agreement by counsel on how the arbitration will be structured, counsel can design and control their arbitration to meet the needs of their clients. They decide what issues to arbitrate, the calling of witnesses and experts, the scope of discovery, how the evidence will be presented and the time and location of the hearing.
